Berita Acara Rapat Pembahasan Tarif Penundaan Pada Perairan wajib Pandu Kelas II PELABUHAN TANJUNG REDEB

 

RAPAT PEMBAHASAN TARIF PENUNDAAN PADA PERAIRAN WAJIB PANDU KELAS II PELABUHAN TANJUNG REDEB

Pada hari senin, tanggal dua belas bulan september tahun dua ribu sebelas (12-09-2011), jam 09.45 Wita sampai dengan 11.00 Wita  bertempat di ruang rapat Kantor Unit Penyelenggara pelabuhan Kelas III Tanjung Redeb, telah di laksanakan Rapat Pembahasan Tarif Penundaan di Perairan Wajib Pandu Kelas II Pelabuhan Tanjung Redeb.
Rapat yang di pimpin langsung oleh Capt. Abdul Nasir M.Mar Selaku kepala kantor Unit penyelengara Pelabuhan Kelas III tanjung redeb dan di hadiri oleh PT.Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) UPK Tanjung Redeb, Kantor UPP Tanjung Redeb, Perwakilan Pengguna Jasa, DPC INSA Berau, Shipper dan Owner
Rapat yg di maksud adalah pembahasan Tarif Penundaan telah di sepakati hal hal sebagai berikut:
Pelayanan pemanduan dan Penundaan di perairan wajib Pandu Kelas II Pelabuhan Tanjung Redeb mutlak di laksanakan oleh PT.Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (persero) UPK Tanjung Redeb sesuai dengan perundang2an yang berlaku. Pemberlakuan tarif penundaan mengacu pada tarif yg di ajukan DPC INSA berau yang di sepakati bersama oleh peserta rapat sebesar RP. 3.631.680’00 sudah termasuk 20% PNBP dan 10% Supervisi penyelenggara penundaan ( pelimpahan Penyelenggara pemanduan can penundaan) yg berlaku sejak 01 Juli 2011 sampai dengan 31 Desember 2011. Pengguna assist Tug tetap menggunakan milik Agen atau Shipper masing-masing yang pelaksanaannya bekerjasama dengan PT Pelindo IV sebagai penyelenggara pemanduan dan penundaan akan dilaksanakan penagihan PNBP dan supervisi penyelenggara pemanduan dan penundaan sevesar 30% dri tarif yg di sepakati tarif penundaan akan di kenakan pada kapal yg menggandeng tongkang yg bermuatan. Akan di bentuk Tim Uji Petik Pemakaian BBM kapal Tunda/Assist Tug yang akan di jadikan acuan dalam perhitungan tarif penundaan yang akan di berlakukan pada 01 Januari 2012.

EVENT REPORT OF MEETING DISCUSSING POSTPONING RATE AT THE PILOT OBLIGATED WATER CLASS II AT THE PORT OF TANJUNG REDEB

On Monday, date twelve month September two thousand and eleven (12-09-2011), at 09.45 Wita to 11.00 Wita, at the meeting room of the ‘Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan’ Class III Tanjung Redeb office, a meeting discussing the postponing rate at the pilot obligated water Class II at the Harbor of Tanjung Redeb is held. The meeting was lead by Rapat Capt. Abdul Nasir M.Mar as the chief officer of ‘Unit penyelengara Pelabuhan’ Class III Tanjung Redeb and was  attended by PT.Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) UPK Tanjung Redeb, the officer of UPP Tanjung Redeb, representatives of the service user, DPC INSA Berau, Shipper dan Owner
this meeting was held to discuss the postponing rate, and the results are below:
guiding service and postponing at the pilot obligated water Class II at the harbor of Tanjung Redeb must be carried out by PT.Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (persero) UPK Tanjung Redeb as has been cited in the laws at the moment. The validation of the postponing rate is based on the rate applied by DPC INSA Berau which is approved by all parties in the meeting as high as IDR 3.631.680’00 including 20% PNBP and 10% Supervision from the postponing organizer (shifting of the guiding and postponing organizer) valid since July 1st 2011 to December 31st 2011. The assisting Tug user constantly utilizes what is owned by their agent or shipper. The application however remains using what is owned by their agent or shipper collaborated with PT Pelindo IV in their application as the guiding and postponing organizer. PNBP and the supervision of guiding and postponing organizer rate invoice will be sent and will cost as high as 30% from the agreed rate. Postponing rate will be charged to the ship that trails a commodity-carrying small boat. A team that is responsible for testing fuel usage of the pilot ship /Assist Tug will be the reference in calculating the postponing rate which will be validated on January 1st 2012.
